“If the Spirit is the source of our life, we must also allow the Spirit to direct every aspect of our lives. So may we neverbe arrogant, or look down on another, for each of us is an original. We must forsake all jealousy that diminishes the value of others.”
Galatians 5:25-26 TPT
If you look back on your day yesterday, ask yourself if God directed “every aspect” of your day. Chances are, you cannot suggest that happened.
This verse says to “allow” the spirit to direct “every aspect” of our life. In order to be in the mindset necessary to accomplish this sort of day, we need to start our day in the word, praying and focusing on God, and the remainder of the day must be a continuation and product of that start.
Having the Bible at our fingertips, stopping for prayer and talking to God throughout the day is how we achieve “every aspect” of the day directed by God.
String those days together and life will be much better.
But seek first the kingdom of God and his righteousness, and all these things will be provided for you.
Matthew 6:33
